Shronica Holmes, MBA
Director of Care Coordination-Owner
The Rose Residential Care Home
A little over a year and a half ago I moved from North West Arkansas to East Texas. A lot goes into moving states as many of us have had that experience, when in Arkansas I worked as an Education Coordinator at a regional Art Museum and planned everything from homeschool art courses to our annual gala. I was a part of countless community involvements and spent some time as an art teacher and high school boys basketball coach. I’ve been a part of the food service industry, the Art scene, the graphic design world, nannying, catering, event planning, historian endeavors & making valuable connections along the way. I did my schooling in central Arkansas at Harding University where I switched what I studied countless times and ended with a BA in Fine Art and minored in American History. I believe in finding ways to always learn and grow, whether it’s challenging ourselves with asking if we are the ones doing things wrong and if we need to be making better decisions for ourselves.. it all starts with You. And if you are holding onto things in your past or struggle with currently. Pray to God to help let that burden go. Progress happens when we are at our best, at our worst and all in between, consistency is key. Talking care of myself is a struggle I know I’m not alone with, but I’ve got a business and life coach, Jan Hart, who helps keep my mind clear and focused on goals that are bigger than just myself. I currently have a business that has been established over a year now and one more in the works! Being and entrepreneur is something not very common in my family. Mostly full of coaches and teacher so I definitely have a special place in my heart for educators, but this is a lifestyle I hope to never leave!! Being my own boss and CEO is the life I’m made for. One business I have is Coverage by Casi! I’m licensed in over 10 states and spend a lot of time helping families who are moving from other states, finding née moments in life with a new job, wanting to become self employed, etc. There are endless ways in which your family, business or just yourself could use assistance in navigating health coverage options with a licensed professional. With my Health, Accident and Life insurance license. I help individuals understand what their risk exposure is with their current policies to determine what changes need to be made, if any. I love to help other people everyday find affordable and customized health and life coverage options to fit their personal or business needs. There are a lot of options out there and it's easy to get lost in all the information. Often times you may miss out on options that you can't google. This is what I am here for as your Advisor. Let me help make the process of finding the right plan easier for you so you can get back to focusing on other things in your life or business! The one I have built is HER Network! Something I’ve been passionate about is helping women find connection in an atmosphere of women who are serious about networking and improving yourself & business! The Mission—— Providing opportunities for women to connect with and support each other! Monthly interactions, get togethers & fundraising/good deeds will contribute to the personal and professional development of you & your business! Purpose: To support, promote & generating opportunities for connection—— We Help Eachother Rise.
After graduating from college I was fortunate to work for a multinational company in Romania on International Sales and Marketing. I got the opportunity to be involved in organizing big events, was in charge of Brand Protection and Anti Counterfeit Campaigns, International Fairs, Marketing Research and other marketing activities. I was a stay-at-home mom until my daughter started kindergarten and I enjoyed every single moment but I felt it was time to start something on my own, something that matches my skills, is helpful to others and challenging enough to keep me going. The idea of Clear Alliance Marketing started last year but I struggled a lot with the impostor syndrome so it took me a while to actually gat the courage and make it visible. My friend Elizabeth (Training with Tallent) helped me mentally and encouraged me a lot. Every day she sends me a pep up text. Joining HER Network was a great decision as I get to meet such wonderful business ladies and I love seeing people supporting each other. Finally I got the opportunity to work for Misti
(Mimi’s Sweet Shop) and It made me realize how much I pour my heart into my work. I started Clear Alliance Marketing to help small businesses develop personalized strategies and help them reach their goals to enhance the way they do business. I’m big on improvement, marketing psychology and customer satisfaction. I Love seeing people succeed. On Social Media I do Small Business Sunday reels. Basically I create reels that help highlight a small business.
It’s free, no strings attached, just have to let me know. I offer a wide variety of marketing services and the list can be found pinned on top of my Facebook Page. Initial Consultation is Free.

When I was a little girl my mother gave me my first camera, that’s where it all began. I was taking pictures of ant piles and toy dump trucks on dirt mounds, and neighborhood kids. I was a five year old taking pictures of dirt, lol. I didn’t go to college for photography or take any classes or courses, I’m 100% self-taught, I learned how to use my camera by being hands on and practicing for many years. I learned Photoshop, Lightroom, and lighting and just everything you can imagine on my own. To see where I came from is truly a blessing. I photographed everything because I just wanted to find what I was really passionate about, that’s what gave me the experience and helped me learn how to use a camera, the lighting and focusing, plus so much more. But a few years ago I had some flashbacks after losing my mom at the age of twelve and losing my grandmother in 2009, I remembered being a little girl watching my grandmother and my mom put on their make up and their jewelry and my grandmother putting on her red lipstick and putting her hair in curlers. I learned then that women were beautiful even as a little girl, I just I wanted to be beautiful like my grandmother and my mom and that’s how I got to where I am today, I rebranded myself from that inspiration that came from those two strong and beautiful women in my life, so now my goal is to photograph every woman I come in contact with and show them just how beautiful they truly are and it doesn’t matter your size, your height, or your ethnic background; that stuff doesn’t matter, you are beautiful and I want to give you the experience of being pampered and show you in portraits that you truly are beautiful and give you back the confidence that you may have lost along the way… Today, I’m happily married to my best friend, I have four amazing grown kids and nine beautiful grand-kids. I’ve been in my new studio located in the Azalea District of Tyler, I have completely remodeled the entire space inside and out with new updates daily, I am so proud of this space! I'm proud to say that I am an international award winning portrait photographer, I was also voted Best In Town for 2021. I specialize in glamour, boudoir, high school seniors, headshots, musician branding and fashion & modeling. I want to really all women because I went through more than any woman ever should in my past, I want to give my heart and my skills to show them that they matter; WOMEN MATTER!!!
