Keynote Speaker:

Coby W. Dillard, MA-HSC, CMCC is the Director of Military and Veterans Affairs at the University of Texas at Tyler. A Navy veteran, his work and research focus on military-related students and their transition in and through the academic community. He has written and presented ways that educational institutions can improve their support services for this unique student population.

Active in the military and veterans community, Coby is a member of VFW Carl Webb Post 1799 in Tyler, where he recently served as the Post’s Senior Vice Commander for 2022-23. He is also a member of the Alpha Zeta Sigma chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
